Lots of people know which actions need to be taken to achieve a certain goal – however, your actions are driven by your feelings, and your feelings are driven by your thoughts.
To make a change in your life, in any aspect, we’ve got to first figure out how to take those actions – or why we’re NOT.
Do you ever wonder why you wake up feeling crappy on certain days? It ALL stems from that base foundation of the talk that’s going on inside of your brain. Trust me, I’ve been there!
When I learned this, I took it to heart.
That’s when I started being mindful of the things I was telling myself on a daily basis. It was amazing what you can learn when your awareness is amplified!
What are you telling yourself throughout the day?
What would happen if you shifted your thoughts?
Your feelings would yield better actions, which would yield better results.
Thoughts are things. If you think about it, thoughts have the power to raise the emotion, right?
Example: When you’re thinking about being nervous or anxious about something, your skin will flush, face turns red, and physical changes in your head.
Example: When you tell yourself your STARVING – what happens? Your stomach starts rumbling and the desire to eat things starts! That’s why many can’t control their eating habits.
These things happen more than you know!
If you can’t dial this in, you’ll never have control. You guys need to be ultra mindful!
